Yuan Chang is a freelance concept artist located in Beijing, China. Recently he has been working on a few of inXile Entertainments videogames such as the direct sequel to the Wasteland series with Wasteland 2, this franchise had been the inspiration behind the creation of the Fallout series.
He has also created concept art for Torment: Tides of Numenera, which has continued the legacy of Planescape: Torment which was introduced back in 1999 and has raised a whopping 5 million dollars from backers of the project so far.
